Just a little while ago I was getting LF changed into an outfit that I wouldn’t care so much if she crawled around in dust bunnies and pet fur tumbleweeds. I put a onesie on her, fine. I put her pants on, fine. And then I put her fleecy type sweatshirt on over the onesie. I proceeded to lean her head forward into my shoulder so I could snap the 3 snaps the clothing makers strategically place on the BACK of some shirts and sweaters so the baby doesn’t undo them (if placed in the front). I snapped the first (bottom), fine. Then I snapped the middle, fine. Then I snapped the last (top), fine…or so I thought it was fine. Until I pulled away from LF, she moved ever so slightly and began screaming and carrying on. I didn’t see anything else that could have happened in that short point 2 seconds, and instantly I knew it had to be something with her clothes. So I leaned her forward into my shoulder again only to see very small tufts of about 15 hairs in a spray type formation out of the top snap. I guess when I snapped the top snap, she had leaned her head back and her bottom strands of hair got interspersed throughout the snap, so when she went to lean her head forward it pulled the hairs clear out of her head. Needless to say, she wasn’t thrilled with her impromptu 15 strand hair cut, and I apologized profusely.
An impromptu haircut…

whoops
poor baby!
I’d scream and cry too!
Worse yet, buttons. How many kids sit still long enough for you to actually “button” the BACKs of their clothes? Ugh!
